Wow have fun trying to call and schedule. His secretary is extremely rude and makes me really turned off from the practice. Direct quotes ' I don't think you're understanding me.. You're NOT Understanding!. She was practically yelling. Unprofessional. What does it say about him that he Hired her?

Dr. Hutcheon has proven himself to me over many years as a doctor who goes over and above the expected level to provide the best of care for his patients. He is kind, compassionate, and caring; as well as, extremely knowledgeable and quite gifted in the medical field. Dr. Hutcheon carefully listened to me, as others wouldn't, when I first went to him. He quickly assessed the real depth of my rather rare illness, and started to work treating it with thoroughness and continuing assessment. He promptly hospitalized me twice at Johns Hopkins Hospital for appropriate treatment where, despite the availability of in-hospital staff; he visited me nearly every day himself. Dr. Hutcheon has followed up regularly; but, not excessively, to ensure my health status and always is available for a visit or phone call if I need him. He always makes me feel like he really cares about me, personally, and that any appointment or time spent with me is not just about more money for him. I cannot… say enough good about Dr. David Hutcheon. I know that I would not be alive if he and Dr. Christian Merlo had not become involved in my medical care. I thank God every day for placing me in his wonderful care.
