I had hip replacement surgery from Dr Loucks. Dr Loucks and his entire staff were excellent in all ways including communication and treatment. I would highly recommend Dr Loucks for orthopedic surgery….he is the best of the best!

Dr. Loucks’ office and staff were kind, friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. Melody/Melanie (?), Drs. Come and Loucks patiently and thoroughly explained my hip issue, listened and responded thoroughly to my questions, clearly and concisely explained their recommendations. Having worked in managed care for 20 years, I feel very fortunate that Dr. Loucks has designed the business model he has, allowing patients various options to benefit from his expertise.

Total knee replacement (right). Dr Loucks and his team provided superior attention to detail and patient care from inception through to the surgery on September 5 and through today, September 8. I’ll likely need my left nee replaced in a few years (I am a 73 year old skier (-18 days/winter) and cyclist (-30 miles/week) and scuba diver.

I recently travelled from Canada to Denver, Colorado, to have both of my hips replaced by Dr. Loucks of Peak Orthopedics & Spine. It was a daunting task to have undertaken from a personal, financial, emotional and physical standpoint, but having my hips replaced by Dr. Loucks was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Dr. Loucks and his team were awesome. They helped me at every step of the process, providing me with numerous videos that fully explained the procedure, as well as pre-operative guidance, special insurance for Canadians, post-operative expectations and activities, and even help with travel arrangements in the Denver area. His office responded promptly to my questions and Dr Loucks will continue to correspond with me as I recover. I would highly recommend anyone who is considering hip surgery to do it sooner rather than later. I met with Dr. Loucks. Found him to be very competent and professional - definitely the kind of Dr I would want to work on my knee. I actually have already had Dr. Loucks work on one of my knees and it was a good experience. I also highly recommend his PA Rick who does a great job of supporting Dr Loucks.

Doctor Loucks performed my left and right total hip replacements a few years ago. I have been downhill skiing, horseback riding, hiking ever since. He gave me back a full life. 6 weeks ago I fell on cement and hurt my knee and right hip. He was able to give me a cortisone shot that visit (after checking the hip and knee xrays his assistant took) and set up a time foe me to come get cortisone shot in hip. The X-rays showed both of hip replacements are in excellent condition after the fall. Dr. Loucks is a highly skilled surgeon. I interviewed 4 other surgeons before choosing him to replacement both my hips. This man is a miracle worker!!! He gave me back my life and I have been pain free.
