Great visit in and out quickly and his bed side manner was fantastic.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Thompson. I went to see him for severe shoulder pain, and from the moment he walked into the room, I felt I was in truly capable and compassionate hands. He was incredibly patient and never once made me feel rushed. He took all the time I needed, listened carefully to my concerns, and answered every single question with clarity and kindness. He explained medical details in a way I could understand, which immediately eased my anxiety. Instead of feeling dismissed or hurried, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. What stood out most was his compassion. He didn’t just treat my shoulder he treated me as a whole person. He gave me hope at a time when I was feeling fearful and discouraged. That kind of reassurance is priceless. I completely trust Dr. Thompson and am deeply grateful for the care he provided. If you are looking for a physician who is knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and truly compassionate, I highly recommend him… without hesitation.

From the moment Dr. Thompson entered the room I felt he was more annoyed than anything else that he had to talk to me as a new patient. The entire consultation felt rushed, and Dr Thompson didnt seem too concerned about previous test I had done that showed possible issues with my shoulder. All in all the entire appointment lasted somewhere around 6 or 7 minutes. Any discussion about the pain i felt that was getting in the way of me working was absent. Dr. Thompson made me feel more like an inconvenience than a patient.

Dr. Thompson was warm, friendly, and very thorough at my appointment. I felt heard and not rushed. That is a rarity in today's world! The front desk team was friendly and helpful.

The doctor was knowledgeable and very professional Whe I left I felt that I had a great idea of what to do next .

My appointment was scheduled for 3:10pm. However I rcvd a call and was a left a voicemail that I could come earlier if my scheduled alotted. I called back to confirm I could make it earlier ( due to traffic I was only 20 mins early) however I was met with a wonderful front desk staff quick easy and painless. Once I got called back everything moved smoothly. When questions were asked prior to meeting the doctor the nurse was very nice and listened and asked follow up questions which I appreciate it. Once meeting the doctor he explained his findings and thoughts in verbiage I could understand which I greatly appreciate. Great service and attention to detail. Thank you!!

Staff was very pleasant and professional. Everyone from check in to checkout was helpful. Little to no wait time. The whole experience lasted no more than 20 minutes. I will highly recommend to anyone who needs this type of Doctor.

The front desk was very easy to work with. Dr. Thompson greeted us with a smile, added some humor, and made my son feel at ease. His assessment was thorough and the options he provided were manageable. I would highly recommend going to see him.
