I came to Dr. Gaskins after another doctor poorly performed surgery on a complex fracture on my right wrist from a bicycle accident. Dr. Gaskins took me as a new patient for surgery revision. His staff coordinated everything and had me schedule for surgery with hours. At his office, staff is very welcoming; a perfect balance of human interaction and technology promotes efficient time management. Dr. Gaskins is very approachable and a very effective communicator. He explained the clinical scenario, set reasonable expectations, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions; I knew that I was in good hands. I did not felt rushed; he took the right amount of time to achieve a great patient experience. On surgery day everything was on point, he spoke to me and my family and provided clear verbal and written post-surgical care instructions. He called me the next day to check on me. Follow up visits were nothing short of amazing. I wish I had chosen Dr. Gaskins for my initial surgery.… He is without a doubt one of the best if not the best on his specialty.

Doctor Gaskins has been nothing but a consummate professional throughout my interactions with him. From the minute that I stepped foot into his office, he and his nurse treated me as if my injury was a priority. Dr. Gaskins showed patience and understanding, ensuring that I understood the details of my injury, potential treatment options, and the potential recovery time and therapy that would be required to ensure that I had a successful recovery. I cannot recommend he and his team highly enough.

Dr Gaskins performed surgery, which included inserting a steel plate, to repair broken radius, at the wrist. He took his time explaining everything, including options and outcome of choosing surgery or non-surgical route. He personally called me day after surgery and I’ve received excellent follow up care to make sure the fractured healed properly as well as results with therapy. Wonderful dr and bedside manner!
