Dr. David Julian Sheffner, MD

I had a lawyer named Stephen Kaufman and is friends with Dr. Sheffner. My lawyer messed up in my case. I fired him. Dr. Sheffner begged me to re-hire him. I did not. Dr. Sheffner submitted a false evidence write up from my previous boyfriend Doug who was a Gaslighter. Dr. Sheffner said he would never consider Doug as a witness yet, after I did not rehire his jewish friend Kaufman AND I commented that my dads $45,000 payment must have come through as he got a new Porshe and he does not even have a computer in the office. I went to private schools ,went to USC. I was the perfect mom. Sheffner went to UCLA and always bragged about it. This 87 year old liar has commited criminal activity as viewed by the laws of Pscychiatry. By the time I get my apples in a row he will probably be dead (he is pushing 90). I now have a lot of work to do as I do not have a lawyer. Just please...please run from him

He is the worst Psychiatrist in all of California. He may seem interested and pleasant, but he is nothing more than a drug dealer. He has no knowledge of the medication he prescribes nor any care to understand to root of your issue. "Your anxiety and depression is an illness, like diabetes or cancer. There is no way to truly tell where it comes from...take these pills". Could it perhaps be the fact that i was beaten as a child and made to be fearful of everything? Run from this man. He will drug you for life with no remorse

I have had experience with this doctor who has one duding force behind him. Money. He will put his head in the sand and work for the highest bidder. He does not look at important documents nor speak with other professionals who have been involved in he children's lives. As an attorney I find him an embarresmanr to his profession.

I am a female board certified psychiatrist with many years of experience in child guidance and the juvenile justice system. I can attest that this so called forensic expert has made no attempt to contact my son's child psychiatrist despite HIPAA consents and sufficient time to do so. This is not the standard of care. How could he come to any legally defensible conclusions or recommendations without doing so? Even Social Security disability examiners do better than that. UCLA neuropsychologists have come to the same conclusions and recommendations as several other Carnegie I Daubert qualified treating physicians. What can a hired gun aka known in the trade as a "wh or doctor" contribute to the evaluation and treatment of a child, adolescent, or young adult who has had two PET scans and a plethora of expert treating physicians? Nothing but a violation of the Hippocratic oath. First of all, do no harm. And if you have no interest in providing treatment but are being paid to provide… a biased opinion that will likely cause harm to the patient. What kind of man would do this for a living?
