Dr. Debra Melanie Jaffe, MD

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Debra Jaffe, and am indebted to her for changing my son's life for the better. Prior to seeing Dr. Jaffe, my 4.5 year old son had been seen by another pediatric ENT in Miami, two speech pathologists, an occupational therapist and two pediatricians - - none of which were able to recognize or diagnose his moderate hearing loss in both ears! She was the first doctor who not only saw my distress, but listened to my concerns and jumped straight into action. Prior to my first visit with her, no one had told me my son's speech issues could have been related to hearing loss or even identify a possible hearing loss in my son. Dr. Jaffe and her staff worked so hard to squeeze my son's surgery (tubes and adenoids) in to allow him to thrive and exponentially grow these last few weeks of Pre-K. My only regret is that I did not go to her earlier. Dr. Jaffe cares so much about her patients, is incredibly knowledgeable and takes precaution to make… parents and children feel comfortable in her care. If I could give her a review of over five stars I would. Anyone reading this review should call her office immediately and make an appointment. Thank you, Dr. Jaffe and team for changing the life a sweet 4.5 year old boy. He and is family are forever grateful!

As a new mom, I was over-the-top worried about the problems that my baby has been having. Her primary care physician kept giving her bouts of antibiotics, with no success. Eventually, she referred me to Dr. Jaffe, and although she was very booked, the staff squeezed me in right away to see her. I had no idea what to expect. It was a very busy office, but worth every minute! Dr. Jaffe diagnosed my daughter and she had surgery the next day. I am shocked at the amazing care I received by both the staff and Dr. Jaffe. I would recommend her to any parent who has had very little success with other physicians.

I am so happy to have been referred by my pediatrician to Dr. Debra Jaffe over 10 years ago now. I am always very impressed with how kind, friendly, thorough & professional she is. My 3 year old just had tonsils & adenoids removed and I can rest assured that Dr. J is always on her A+ game!! No wonder she has so many great reviews & fans from patients & doctors alike!

Dr Jaffe helped our family so much! My son was in tremendous pain with multiple ear infections but I was afraid of having tubes put in. Dr Jaffe explained the my options over and over until I was comfortable with the tubes procedure - and now my son (and our whole family) is much happier! Thanks, Dr Jaffe!

After going to two other docs, we decided to make the extra drive. It was worth it. Not only problem solved, she is what a Dr. should be. Approachable, down to earth, attentive (i.e. she LISTENS!), not rushed, AND knowledgable. I only go to fellowship trained specialist when posible. This usually gives a knowledge edge, but it is no guarantee for character. Fortunaly, Dr. Jaffe has a great caring human character AND a Pediatric ENT Fellowship to boot. Kudos!

I can't recomend her more highly. Her DX of my child was right and explained what my childs problems were. Post surgery my daughter would not drink. I called Dr. Jaffe and she gave me tips and shared her own personal struggle with her child post surgery. It made me feel like I was not doing something wrong. She checked in every four hours to see how my child was doing. The next day I had to take my daughter to the ER for hydrations. She came to the ER to see her. The next day she checked in 3 more times to make sure my daughter was on the mend. At a time when DR.'s have no bedside manner and personal care, Dr. Jaffe is a blessing. Well worth the drive.

I had Dr. Jaffe operate on my 3 kids and feel TRULY BLESSED. AWESOME experiences from first visit through follow up appointments! Even though I did not (and still don't) live close to her offices, I followed her from Joe Dimaggio's Childrens' Hospital in Hollywood to her current Wellington office. Why? IMO, you will not find a more thorough, conscientious, professional, wonderful and caring doctor. She is truly devoted to what she does and it shows. Very respectful of your time, efficient and EXCELLENT bedside manner, which is why my pediatrician thought I would like her better than the "other" pedi ENTs around.

Dr. Jaffee is very rude and conceited, to the point of insulting her patients. Find another doctor

I feel like I hit the jackpot by getting this Doctor's name from my Pediatrician. She was beyond great. I have a newborn that was two weeks old when I saw her. My daughter had to have a procedure done in her office and she made it such a comfortable situation. She is extremely caring and very knowledged when it comes to what she does. I moved here six months ago from another state and have not yet been impressed by many doctors here. She definetly gets five stars in all categories from me. She's so great that she could be my BEST FRIEND! Thank you gor a great experience and taking excellent care of my daughter. Also, the staff was great -- all of them!
