Dr. David Kay Kay, MD

Dr. Kay was very UNPROFESSIONAL in the way he handled my grandson's case. We were sent to have my grandson's nose cauterized because of severe nose bleeds. He was beating around the bush about what to do . We told him that we were there for this procedure and he proceeded by telling my grandson that this was going to HURT. (this procedure was supposed to be done by freezing and was done by burning) Shame on your behavior Dr. Kay with a 7 year old. Once he finished he said done and walked out of the room with no follow up instructions. I can't believe his behavior. Find another doctor for your child's sake.

Office staff was friendly but none of the physicians have any business in medicine, let alone pediatric medicine. My five year old was clearly nervous when she arrived, Dr. Kay was harried, never made eye contact, and made absolutely no effort to make her at ease. In fact, when she got upset and cried when he put the endoscope in her nostril, he left to see other patients, was in and out of the office and rushed the entire appointment. His diagnosis: she needs surgery! After only looking in one nostril, he made a decision to perform a surgery!! DO NOT use this office-horrible physicians.

I haven't even visited Dr Kay's office yet, but the woman who was setting up the appointment for my child over the phone was rude. This is a real put off for anyone considering a visit to the doctor. Discourteous staff should not be allowed to taint the reputation of a doctor. Surely, being polite over the phone while setting up an appointment couldn't be that difficult?

He was fantastic! Spoke directly with my daughter, was calm, professional and provided excellent knowledge and information.

Dr. Kay is good at what he does but his office staff's never smile nor greet anyone. They make you feel like, you need them more than they need you. And it makes you feel as if they only want your money. Money is all that matters to them

I had gone to see a non-pediatric ENT on my own for my daughter. What a mistake! My pediatrician then sent me to Dr. Kay. Dr. Kay didn't waste my time, but instead found out what was wrong with my daughter and fixed her. Now she's all better.

Was sent there as a second (expert)opinion. Why did I ever go see the first guy? Dr. Kay was just wonderful.
