Dr. Nancy Liu Liu, MD

I am a patient of Dr. Liu’s for many years primarily for well checks. I’ve never had any problems from an ENT point of view until now. Dr Liu asked me some questions and recorded into my record some recent respiratory issues and resolutions as a result of pneumonia within the last 12 months. Now though, Dr. Liu found a nasal polyp which she addressed with a medication therapy. I am grateful to Dr. Liu and her fantastic staff. All of my questions were answered in a way that I could understand. I hold you all in the highest regard as professionals who truly care about their patient’s health and wellbeing. Thank you.

Dr. Nancy Liu was knowledgeable and friendly but she seemed in a rush so I felt uncomfortable to ask all my questions. Before I could ask more questions and understand my condition she was gone. For this reason, I would not return.

I came to Dr. Liu for a gummy bear sized Tonsil stone removal, and she removed it in office in the blink of an eye. She had excellent bedside manner in easing my worries as well. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a good skilled ENT.

I specifically asked Dr Liu if drug she was prescribing had side effects and she said it has NO side effects (which on surface doesn’t make sense anyhow, all drugs have side effects). Meanwhile I had terrible side effects with the drug and when googled found it has SERIOUS side effects. She did no review of my history to determine if I was at risk with this drug, said it had NO side effects—and sent me on my way. Irresponsible and unprofessional at best; negligent at worst.

Nancy Liu ranks among the best and most personable physicians I have had, including in New York and London. Over the last six years she has transformed my respiratory health. When I started seeing her, I had a perpetual cold, which occasionally migrated to bronchitis, and then to pneumonia. She aggressively approached all of my various respiratory issues and referred me to appropriate specialists in related fields. As a result of her medical care, I have not had even a cold for almost two years

I met Dr. Liu for the first time today. I was a 66 yr old new patient. Incredibly positive experience. Little wait. Very very efficient and conscientious office personnel. Tremendous physician skills and perfect diagnoses and treatments. Now if all docs were like her....Wonderful.
