Dr. Daniel Toby Ganc, MD

Dr. Ganc basically strung me along for months after a chronic sore throat. When you see him he is very aloof and strange and it seems like you are bothering him. After the 5th visit he finally recommended a throat biopsy and said his office would call to schedule. No one followed up so I called back a couple weeks later and an office worker apologized and said they would schedule it but and once again no one called. I finally got a biopsy done at CC and it revealed throat cancer. A good 3 months wasted with dealing with Dr. Ganc and now I am paying the price. Patients beware.

I recommend finding a different doctor and office.

Dr. Ganc along with his support staff are truly outstanding. He is amazing in keeping me hearing well and keeping my ears healthy. His support staff is great and always with a smile as they like what they are doing. Appointments are made easily and the staff is really good at scheduling for an accident or an unexpected occurrence i.e. - hearing aids stop working. You always get feedback for specialty things as status of a culture being tested at an outside laboratory. He deserves to be on the 'Best Doctor List".

Dr Ganc did not listen to my problem, he prescribed to me the exact same medication that was already prescribed to me less than 24 hours prior-I even showed him my current medication- he is not observant and does not listen. He did not answer any of my questions and scheduled my follow up too distant in the future. I'm glad I followed up with a second opinion. Do not waste your time.

Dr.Ganc’s allergy staff are very knowledgeable about allergy, they never have me waiting for my allergy injections. They are always smiling and always available to answer your questions. Great people.

Expect to wait, don't expect staff to ever return your call, and front desk is consistently rude. Doctor did not even examine my ears when I saw him for ear problems. You do the math.

I complained about my sinus and ears being blocked and he gave me a Prednisone RX.. and it gave me a rash throughout my entire body and did not help my problem. I went to my regular Doctor and he found out i have a sinus infection and gave me the right RX. I will not go to Dr. Ganc anymore.

Dr Ganc and his entire staff are wonderful. They fit me in right away the next day for a sinus infection. Dr Ganc was kind, had wonderful bedside manner, listened carefully to my symptoms and spent a lot of time with me figuring out a good course of treatment. He was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all of my questions. The nurse even held my hand while he did a minor procedure because I told her I was nervous. Great Dr and Staff.

Dr. Ganc is one of the most knowledgeable and caring doctors I have ever met. He truly cares about you as a patient. I have had sinus issues my entire life. Dr. Ganc performed sinus surgery on me and it changed my life. I no longer have any sinus issues. The day after my surgery he personally called me at 7pm to see how I was feeling. I would recommend him 10/10.

Dr. Ganc is a very good doctor in his specialty. He takes the time to listen and gives clear feedback. I highly recommend him
