Got a bill sent to my home saying the office did not put my insurance information for a lab test. I was on the phone with Quest for 30 minutes before just correcting it myself. I then called the office to get my result and have been told the doctor needs to review it before it gets released. She doesn’t have an NP and the nursing staff doesn’t pick up the phone during business hours. She’s nice but I prefer to have a doc who is responsive and an office that does things correctly.

What an experience with Deephthi Moola. After my doctor of many years left this practice, I switched to Dr. Moola for the convenience of the location and established records. I wasn't too concerned when, during the first exam, she blithely said "now I will exam your uterus." She had not even glanced at my profile since I no longer have my uterus. Odd thing that. This was an indication of the careless to come. She provided prescriptions for both a mammogram and a DXA Bone Density Axial Skeleton exam. I had both done on the same day at Washington Radiology (Arlington). A letter reporting on the mammogram soon came. Calling about the results of the bone density scan, I was told a patient could not interpret them but the results had been sent to Moola and I needed to ask her about it. I made six phone calls to the nursing staff (getting a total of one call back but with no message left; one nurse said the exam had been received but the doctor needed to look at it). At a suggestion from one of the nurses, I turned to their online system (MyChart). After two inquiries, a reply from Moola finally came. Unfortunately it was for the already reported mammogram despite all the statements that I had received that result from a radiologist. In defeat, I got a kind person at Washington Radiology to mail both me and my primary care doctor the results of the exam. Incompetent? Uncaring? Just the problem of a poorly organized office? You decide.

I love Dr. Moola so much. She has always been super friendly and knowledgeable. She does the least uncomfortable pap I've had so far. Could not recommend a gynecologist more highly!

Dr. Moola send my results of pap-smear to the lab. They wrote back that she didn't have sufficient amount for a test, and I have to redo it. Yet she emailed me a letter saying that my results are good. It's a fraud! Does that mean she doesn't read test results? How can you trust such doctor? Her office didn't call me back for three days! And when I call again, they say I don't need to repeat a test. Then why did she do it and charged me for that?
