Would give zero stars if I could. Was so extremely rude, I went to describe my symptoms on Teledoc and she told me that she’s not giving me wrong information and to ask anyone else and preceded to hang up on me! So rude and unprofessional!

Been hung up on her as well ! Terrible terrible Doctor. Will never use teledoc again because of her. Not wasting $45 to get hung up on and it wasn't by accident

Obviously Dr. Mahajan hates her life and her patients. Never been hung up on by a doctor before. What a raging BI#CH. She was given to us via Aetna Teledoc. Horrible. Refused to listen to what we had to say. Just told us to go to ER and hung up on us. Reporting to Aetna asap.

I spoke with this doctor as part of the Teladoc network. I’ve have sinus issues since my teenage years unfortunately. However, during our phone consult, she dismissed everything I said as the patient and told me to go get a covid test. Had she not been so quick to judge me as afraid to get tested, I could’ve said that I’ve worked from home for over a year, and have had no contact with anyone in 3 months. No, I wasn’t afraid to get tested ma’am. And no patient cares to hear what you discussed with other patients. That was MY consult. Doesn’t that violate HIPAA guidelines? I always google any doctor I meet with, so I absolutely googled this one. I’ve never felt belittled like this. I walked down the block to the pharmacy for a rapid covid test and guess what? It was negative. She didn’t ask any of the standard screening questions that we’ve all become familiar with, didn’t ask me to isolate or anything. I’m sorry that I messed up your peaceful Sunday.

I had the pleasure of having Dr. Mahajan as my primary care before she left the Boston area and I have to say she was one of the best doctors I've ever had. She was very kind, thorough, and really got to know her patients. I think that credit is also due in saying that her office staff is some of the best that I've ever encountered which says a lot about your experience as a patient when you go see your doctor.

Dr. Mahajan is an excellent physician, and I recommended her to a friend. I found that Dr. Mahajan listens well and works well with a patient. She communicates the results of tests promptly. It is too bad for Boston that she is moving to Virginia.
