This was my first visit and it was perfect! The receptionist was friendly and competent! Charlie, the MA was knowledgeable of my history, even having just received it. The Doctor was amazing, and interested in my health. She spent a great deal of time with me, which I appreciated. I will be recommending Dr. Masterton to my friends and family. Thank you! Regina

Cold, uncaring, and horrible beside manners. She didn’t listen to my concerns when I was screaming in pain during a procedure she was performing. Didn’t stop or say a word. Just awful and cold and unsympathetic.

The year was 2014. I was beyond excited for my first child, my little girl. My scheduled c-section was for the 27th. It’ll be fine she said. Just in case what blood type are you? I said B. You’ll be in an out in an hour she said. My daughter was delivered via c section at 2:00pm. I on the other hand wouldn’t hold your until 2 am. Dr Masterton kindly delivered her and left after 15 minutes. I suffered from post natal bleed and D&C. Told my mom to care for her if I don’t make it. I am still here.

My teen daughter's first obgyn visit and then entire staff and Dr. were beyond helpful, caring and supportive. We could have never got through this terrible experience without all of their support inside the office and even after we came home!!
