No training, no consistency no matter how many times you call and confirm something, they hold billing credits for years and do not tell you you but collect more other specialists copays, no internal communication, they waste your time for months while you could have been seen somewhere else, you receive no calls back

went in for a culture and blood work 2 weeks ago and still have yet to get results back. been calling for the past week as they said my results should be back within 5-7 days and still nothing. have had operators fax over messages to have the doctor call me back and still nothing. this is extremely frustrating and i probably will be switching gyno’s after this.

Love her! You always feel better after seeing her no matter what. She educates you, has great energy and appears to love what she does!

BEEN A PATIENT FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND JUST LOVE HER. KIND, COMPASSIONATE, EASY TO TALK TO AND CARES

My daughter was a patient of Dr. Bossard. The Dr was insisting on performing a procedure which I had many questions about. The doctor herself would not take my call, so I spoke with an NP several times. She had to continuously call me back because she had to run things past the doctor. When we ultimately refused the invasive and unnecessary procedure, the doctor became spiteful. Thank God we obtained a second opinion and was told that the course of treatment that Dr. Bossard wanted to follow was completely inappropriate. Run in the opposite direction.

Went to Dr. Bossard’s for a procedure which included a device. Was told they had to get approval from my insurance company. After waiting close to 2 months, was told, by office mngr, Maglia, my prescription plan didn’t cover it. So I personally called my prescription plan and they said that would go through your HEALTH INS. Called my HEALTH Ins and was told it was covered 100%! So I called Maglia back to tell her my plan covered 100%. She then completely switched her story around from her original explanation that my plan didn’t cover to her office didn’t accept the amount the Insurance Company pays so therefore the patient must pay OUT OF POCKET!! Thankfully I went to another doctor and the entire procedure was paid by Health Insurance!!! Maglia was rude, lied saying my Insurance didn’t cover. Just a VERY unprofessional office!!! Made me jump through hoops only to find out the problem wasn’t with my insurance it was THEIR office policy to NOT accept the amount the insurance… company would pay. She should have been forthright from the start, instead of lying saying it wasn’t covered!!! Terrible, unprofessional, practice!!

I went to Dr Bossard's office for several years and over the years the billing has been horrible. The business manager will bill you double, bill you for blood work that you can get done for free at quest and then argue with you over the coding. They 'test' your stool without your consent. (Yes, that was an experience when you are not expecting it!) And that costs another office visit when it is the annual. When they over bill you and there is a credit, they leave it on the rolls until you come back. (Why not return the money? Because Dr Bossard's office refuses to mail you anything. They don't want to pay for the postage. ) While I liked the Dr it was just too complicated with billing and the rude office staff. I cannot believe that after all of these reviews, Dr Bossard hasn't fired her yet! Or perhaps it is her way of billing? Who knows... save yourself the hassle and find someone else.

Literally the worst doctors office. Stay away! The staff is incompetent to say the least. Constant turn over of PAs. The doctor herself is rude, pushy, and lacks compassion. They take you at least 20-40 late for every appointment.

Dr. Bossard is an excellent doctor and her staff is amazing. I've never had any issues. Because of Dr. Bossard, cancer was found early and I am still here. She is compassionate and knowledgeable and was recommended to me years ago and I continue to recommend her to others.

Most professional, thorough and caring gyn. Would and have recommended to friends and family. My weight loss alarmed Dr. Bossard enough to recommend I see my primary phycian for further tests. Turns out I had stage 3 cancer. Thank you Dr. Bossard.
