Dr. Healey explained the pre and post steps of the procedure which was very helpful. Everything went smoothly as steps were explained during the procedure. Staff is very supportive and take good care of the patients.

I have been very impressed with Dr. Healey and the care I have received from him. He is professional, attentive, and has a pleasant personality. What I appreciate most is that he takes the time to listen and explain my condition and treatment options in a way that is easy to understand even though the condition is complicated. I never feel rushed, which is especially commendable given how busy the practice is, and I feel that my questions and concerns are completely addressed. His staff has also been very professional, friendly, and accommodating, which makes the entire experience much easier and more comfortable. From my experience, Dr. Healey and his staff genuinely care about his patients and provide the kind of personal attention and care that you hope to receive at your doctor’s office. As a frequent flyer to Dr Healey‘s office, I can’t say enough about how much they cease to amaze me in the great care they provide. The professionalism, the detail in which they look into your medical symptoms and make a thorough plan for treatment. In my case they went above and beyond in making sure I was safe to have surgery by consulting my other specialist doctor to make sure I was 100% healthy enough for surgery. As an adult with autism and other conditions they are patient and accommodating when explaining different test, paper work and not frustrated with all my questions. The office surgical schedulers worked with me and my schedule and were always free to answer questions. Very nice on the phone and understanding about the pain and discomfort I was in. They looked high and low to find me a sooner appointment. Dr Healey was great as usual. Great sense of humor and professionalism all wrapped into one. Started from day one, 8 years ago he took my health and condition very… serious. But that didn’t stop us from nicknaming my right kidney who is the repeat offender. He tells you how it is about what is wrong and the treatment options but always makes you feel comforted that there is a solution and he’s got your back. I recommend him to everyone I know. They have yet to let me down and I don’t see them ever doing that.
