she never reached out to me after i came from the mental hospital. i’m constantly having to chase her. multiple doctors asked me for her info to tell her about what was going on with me & still no answer from her. when i finally got a hold of her after giving her a long voicemail on what’s been happening, she acted confused. She actually always forgets what we last talk about so it seems she’s always confused.

I got scheduled BY THE OFFICE for a telehealth appointment. No-show, not even a conciliatory email. Excellent, guess I'll go pound sand.

I tried to get my son an appointment to be evaluated. I played phone tag with the receptionist for a week and I finally spoke to a live person. She would not allow me to make an appointment for my adult son. So then he played phone tag with her for an other week. Ridiculous! People who suffer from mental illness have enough concerns they do NOT need to be jerked around some more...don’t waste your time!
