THE WORST! Not only did he insist on performing a procedure that wasn't warranted - he botched it profusely and it now has to be redone! I have seen several prominent surgeons who've all asked why was this ever done?!? After three weeks the pain was excruciating and he insisted everything was fine! At first he said 4-6 weeks recovery than switched it to 2-3 months - and then of course 6 months and eventually one year to avoid excepting responsibility. Needless to say it was not only the wrong procedure it was done incompetently! He laughed the entire time as though it were some sort of joke - never once apologizing for the pure hell I have endured for 16 months! I have lost almost 2 years of my life when you factor in the recovery time of the revision!! For the first three months there was no position I could place my leg in without sever pain! Sleeping was impossible yet he insisted it was FINE! He does these procedures like an assembly line and obviously for the money! The entire… implant is now loose - the thought of going through this again leaves me beyond devastated! Not only did he botch my surgery - he screwed up my next door neighbors emergency hip replacement surgery as well! She had hers redone at Hackensack. He's riding his father coat tail (it was his practice) and behaves as though everything is a joke! He hasn't a care in the world when he destroys someone's life! The office staff is as bad as he is - they keep you waiting for over an hour The first time I went they actually forgot about me! I should've RUN right then and there! Everyone you talk to says the same! He's terrible! 18 months of pure hell because of him!!

Dr,P operated on my husband after he blew a disc. His recovery was fast and amazing. The pain was minimal. Great bedside manner

This doctor is the best of the best. He can probably can set fractures with a blind fold. I find him to be very thorough and to the point. He tells it like it is and doesn't sugar coat his diagnosis. He has almost 40 years of experience and is a very knowledgeable orthopedic surgeon and his advise on rehab is right on point. Use this doctor if you want heal perfectly with fast results.

I saw this doctor twice and found he was extremely arrogant and incompetent. He spoke with such surety without even bothering to have a look at the diagnostic test reports which I had brought with me. Much of what he said was wrong. I feel bad for those patients who follow such a doctor blindly and are misdiagnosed as a result. Stay away... there are many far better physicians in the area!

This doctor screwed up my diagnosis.

He is a good doc but office staff leaves much to be desired. Have not gone back due to office staff.
