Sent to this Dr.....I can honestly say in 53 yrs of life, I have never been treated like this Dr. treated me. I went in with a high PSA was barked orders, like open your pants, then bend over the table. A very violent digital exam was performed. This Dr.... used his knee on the back of mine to lower my stance and then proceeded to slam me against the bed as he pushed into my rectum. I started to turn around and he stopped the exam, removed his glove and Threw a wipe down on the bed for me to use. I have no idea what the result was, as he didnt say anything. He then proceeded to order a biopsy. I disagreed and asked for additional tests, which was ignored. I was bleeding from the rectum when I got home. I actually felt he was trying to emasculate me in front of my wife. It's been three plus weeks and that exam is still stuck in my head. Do not see this criminal!

Dr Sypherd gave me what I needed to hear. Facts! He answered my questions about my prostate. Showed me pictures, drew pictures, gave me all the information I needed to know. He made sure I fully understood what options I had in order to make a well-informed decision as to how to proceed. He does choose to stay on topic during his discussions with you. I am scheduled for surgery and have great confidence in him. I found his bedside manner to be friendly.

Worst bedside manner. Saw him once, he said we needed surgery that day. Went back for a follow up and to be denied to be seen because since I had the surgery my follow up was null and void. Nobody called to cancel it. . . And then it took me 6 years to finally see another urologist!

The whole time I was in his office he didn’t listen to me. I had to demand a mri just for my own liking. He has horrible bedside manor. He must hate his job. Cause he was rude and unsympathetic the whole visit. Worst doctor I’ve been to in my life.

I would highly recommended Dr Sypherd to anyone, including my family members. He and his staff are outstanding in their performance. They always show compassion not only before surgery but also in the follow up. The experience I had with Dr Sypherd and his staff was a welcome change after the one I had from my previous urologist and his staff! I cannot overstate the professional care I received! If there was a place for a sixth star I would give it!

Thorough examination, great listener, thoughtful, considerate. Dr. Sypherd knows what he is talking about, cares. An "A" grade from me.

Extremely Poor bedside manner! He's like to throw pills at you!

Dr. Sypherd was just what I needed in a doctor. He told me the facts, why he made the diagnosis and what he recommended. The treatament was thorough, just what I was lead to expect. I plan to continue with Dr. Sypherd for my follow ups even thought it is a six hour drive to keep the appointments. Not a lot of hand holding......just the facts, then the right treatment and then success. A very nice man and I am so pleased that I found him for my cancer

I have seen the doctor four times before scheduling my surgery . My pre op the day before went without a hitch. I was to be at the hospital at 8:30 the following morning. While I was waiting at reception at the hospital my phone rang. The doctor called to tell me he had canceled my surgery. One can only imagine my surprise and disgust. This is an outrage.
