I've done many programs w/o success. Dr. Rubino's clinic is the best. I have successfully lost weight and learned so much in the process. Dr. Rubino is very knowledgeable; her practice focus and experience cuts through all the misinformation and hype regarding weight loss. She knows how to tailor a plan suited for her patients unique needs. Her staff of nutritionists, exercise physiologists, and psychologists are knowledge, do not judge, and also strive to meet patients needs.

Dr. Rubino is the most caring, attentive, and understanding doctor I have ever encountered. I had been suffering with somewhat obscure symptoms for over 20 years. Dr. Rubino was the first doctor in all those years to listen to me and to help me get to the root of the problem. Other doctors took the attitude that all I needed to do was lose weight. Dr. Rubino recognizes that all overweight people are not the same and can have specific problems that interfere with their ability to lose weight. I am quite sure she has added years to my life.

Dr. Rubino is a gem. She is extremely knowledgeable about her specialty as well as related areas. She has longstanding and ongoing strong ties to the NIH and is on the cutting edge of research findings and new treatments. As a caregiver, she is also outstanding. She takes time to get to know you - and she remembers you personally. She treats you like a whole person and understands the interplay of many factors in people's lives that affect their health and well-being. Her weight management and research center is very welcoming. All of the staff are courteous and professional and reflect Dr. Rubino's approach to complete care. I have known her for years and I have consulted her on my most important medical issues (and those relating to my family). She is someone you can talk to and she is genuinely interested in you. I continue to be impressed at her 'bedside manner;' even if you haven't seen her in a long time, she remembers more than the basics about you. I cannot recommend her highly… enough. she is highly regarded by colleagues in other areas of medicine and she is eager to help you find the right information to answer whatever questions or needs you may have. We are extremely fortunate to have Dr. Rubino in our area. She is remarkable.

I tried Dr. Rubino after years and literally thousands of dollars seeking help with weight management issues. She is an amazing find. She's a woman who knows her specialty yet is not arrogant or judgmental. When you meet with her you are meeting with a health care partner. She is easy to discuss your concerns with and a good resource for information and treatment. I like to feel that I am in partnership with my health care provider and I find that with Dr. Rubino. She understands that this is a multi-faceted challenge and The office provides access to therapists, groups, dietitians, and activities like healthy cooking, shopping and fitness. I recommend Dr. Rubino and suggest that you look at her web site and try an introductory appointment.

Thank the heavens for Dr Rubino. A little validation and genuine concern can go a long way. Without getting into all of my personal medical issues, I can honestly say in one or two visits, she made suggestions that fixed a situation long ignored or overlooked by my previous doctors. My insurance doesn't cover my visits to her, so I'm switching insurance policies! It means that much.

It's not often you feel like you're treated as an individual and not just another number that day. I am always treated well when I visit Dr. Rubino's office. Her staff is very friendly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rubino's for several years. I was impressed with her from the instant that I met her (so much so that I drive a good distance to see her on a regular basis). I have never had a doctor spend so much time with me and complete such a thorough physical. She has always taken time to listen to me and treat me as an individual. She does not believe in cookie cutter medicine and realizes that one size does not fit all. She treats the "entire" patient, ensuring that they have the emotional support and knowledge that they need (in addition to the medical care) to achieve optimal health. She is accessible, flexible and willing to do whatever she can to improve the overall health of her patients. She and her staff have basically provided a level of care that is unparalleled in medicine today. I can only assume that this is the kind of care that people received back in the day of the house call ... it is unfortunate that that is now the exception and not the… rule. Suffice it to say I am thrilled with the care that I receive from Dr. Rubino and her team. I can only assume that the one negative review that was posted was submitted by some who has confused her or her office with another; surely we are not talking about the same medical team.
