He always overbooks, waited 45 minutes before being called into office! He threatened me that if I didn't agree to every procedure he wanted to do, he wouldn't see me anymore.

Dr. Horan is the best. He spends time with you and really listens and works with his patients.

Dr. Horan is one of the most compassionate physicians that I have come into contact with. He takes his time with his patients, is caring about their health and always takes time with me. I would recommend him highly to any one who has a dermatological issue.

Dr. Horan and his staff are outstanding!!! They needed to remove skin cancer from my nose and from day one when they told me what it was, they were so kind and comforting. Day 1- I came there after a referral from my regular doctor, crying, so scared with no clue what it was all about, and left there so optimistic and releaved! They did that for me in talking with me, just not about the procedure and what it was, but they told me how I was going to be alright, that what I had was common, that they could fix me--they said it was "cancer with a little "c"". They had the confidence and the warmth you could only wish for in a doctor and his staff. I have healed 150%- no scarring, no marks and I am not afraid of what I had. Wonderful, wonderful people, and a blessing from God!!
