Dr. Kevan Gerard Lewis, MD

Dr. Lewis is an egomaniac. Do not trust his fake smile or his insistent bragging of his credentials. He does not care about your Healthcare, only your money.

No. No. No. Kevan Lewis has no communication skills. He is unprofessional in speaking to his patients. He is unkind and uncaring. Either he dislikes his job or he dislikes his patients or both. We will never be coming back to his office.

Very unprofessional. He walked in and immediately made several, innappropriate statements about my overall health. When I asked how he could know that without a medical history, he said he didn't need one because in his experience, young people were just healthy in general (huh?!) He then made a diagnosis (that didn't fit my symptoms) without even looking at the problem area!! It was the most ridiculous appointment I've ever had. The PAs and everyone else in the office were kind and professional. See a different doctor though, this guy is an idiot with an ego!

My daughter had a biopsy done nearly two months ago and even after calling and requesting the results we received nothing but a bill. I called to make one final request and the person on the line had multiple excuses. After this experience, I find myself questioning the results of the test. I called and said, "my daughter..." They asked for her name but never asked me to identify myself. She is 19 years old and though I am named on her paperwork, any female reading this could give them call. In summary, they are overpriced, unreliable and rude. Hopefully the results are correct because I would not have trusted this place with any follow up care.

Dont go here. The first time my son saw Dr. Lewis, he made the wrong skin diagnosis. Waste of money. The second time, my son saw PA's and the visits were way too expensive...even with insurance! $350 for a follow up office visit??? My son was last seen 1 year ago. Surprisingly, just got another bill in the mail from the 1 year old visit. Now I cant use flex spending because of their late billing. Better step up your game NEW derm.

Would not recommend New Derm group to anyone. Billing is horrible, patient care is horrible. I could hear the PA Katie walk into the next room while I undressed for my exam so she could do that patient's exam. I sat undressed for over 15 minutes, she then left again for 15 minutes after informing me of the need for a biopsy. I got the bill for the visit & biopsy and was outraged. I called to discuss the bill, the billing department at New Derm group could not answer any questions as to why additional stains were added on (nearly $500 additional cost). I called the company they bill through who could also not answer any questions, instead I was sent a notice my remaining balance would be sent to collections if unpaid. So, I was forced to pay a bill with no answer and horrible treatment. Will not go back and would not recommend.

I saw Dr. Lewis in 2015. I found him to be unfriendly and arrogant. He was impatient listening to my symptoms and interrupted me several times, as though I was wasting his time and boring him. I had some type of dermatitis on my hands. He prescribed an ointment and advised me to wear cotton glove for 2 weeks. He failed to provide me with any literature on how to manage my issue and failed to inform me that I needed Dermal Cotton Gloves that could be purchased at any pharmacy. My issue never resolved and I sought additional treatment elsewhere.

Cut visit short after I questioned why he talked with a provider I hadn't authorized him (or the other provider) to speak with. Refused to answer questions directly related to my condition.

I was referred to Dr. Lewis by my GP. From the get-go the experience was professional, efficient and effective. Dr. Lewis' staff is highly capable and attentive. Dr. Lewis took the time to explain the treatment plan and then to explain what was happening during the procedures. I had 3 excisions and in each case the procedure was amazing and the results could not have been better. It is difficult to even see a scar. I highly recommend Dr. Lewis and his team for your dermatology concerns. By the way, each of the PA's I saw were top notch as well.

Expensive Hack, arrogant staff.
