Dr. Elizabeth Anne Ramsey, DO

It’s a very scary day when we have mental health Drs. Like her practicing medicine. The medication this nut ball gave me made me so out of it was ridiculous. She is a controlling person who doesn’t have your best interest in mind. Never listened to anything I said it was her way or hit the bricks which I did.,Stay away by all means because she will try to ruin someone’s life. Don’t even go down the street she is on. THAT BAD.

I was so excited that we could get my child into Dr. Ramsey for treatment - she came highly recommended by reputable sources. Dr. Ramsey was less than professional - she made me feel like a terrible and ignorant parent. I had never had such an experience before and my child was suffering. We never want back and they screwed up our billing twice.

I waited 4 months for an intake appointment, then drove 25 miles in a snowstorm on treacherous roads to get there 30 minutes early for paperwork (30 minutes, really?!). I did my best but I was 8 minutes late. By the time they acknowledged me, I was turned away because the receptionist said I was "15 minutes late" and the doc refused to see me. But it's ok. That's not the type of person I want managing my mental health care anyway. If you're retentive and already healthy and perfect, it may be a good match for you though.

Dr. Ramsey is the only doctor who has ever listened to me. She's very willing to see you as often as you need for however long you need. I feel like she connected with me instead of just handing me some pills and telling me to come back in six months.

She was super nice but not up to speed on everything. I was an impatient and I was only there for 3 days totally took away what I was taking put me on something else but did not double check before I left that I had the medication(it was unavailable cuz the pharamacy didnt have it)

I had a very bad experience at impatient health. Dr Ramsey changed my medicine to a new drug I had never been on before. You would think she'd check my chart and put me back on what helped before. The new medicine didn't help. She doubled the dose before I left. I was only in for three days. In taking me off my antidepressant there were serious consequences. I went to the hospital for help not to set me six months back in treatment. My episode which should have been a lot shorter took eight months to get me back on my antidepressant that I was taking before I went to the hospital. I know it's hard to help mentally ill people especially when they can't really tell you what's wrong. Thanks for nothing!
