Dr. Eric Jay Marsh, MD

This is my 1st visit with Dr Marsh, so I can say he was prompt, very professional and informative to my questions. After approximately 7 months with my GP and 2 assistant practitioners, my problem isn't solved. I think he will resolve my issues much sooner!

I have only good things to say about my experience. I was quite anxious about having a procedure and I felt comfortable with every staff member I encountered especially Dr. Marsh. Everything being done was explained and the written instruction I was given to follow at home are very specific. Emphasis on calling if I had any concerns during recovery was reassuring.

Dr Marsh makes it easy to maintain your good health with his thorough examination process.

He is a genuinely nice and caring man.

Not one person was rude or unhelpful

Dr Marsh was very professional, pleasant, attentive and efficient. His staff was very accommodating.

I took my elderly mother who had a severe burning rash all over her body to see Dr. Marsh. I chose him because of proximity and the fact that he was board-certified. Dr. Marsh did not do a comprehensive exam or assessment of my mother. He did not attempt to diagnose the condition. My mother was in extreme discomfort and pain. He did not seem to care about that. He gave her some prescription cream and sent us on our way. He said she should feel better in a couple of days. When the cream did not help, we returned to Dr. Marsh. He gave her an injection. (Again, he did not attempt to diagnose the condition). He also continued to show a lack of concern and empathy for her, and my 81 year-old mother was not able to even sleep because of the intense, burning pain associated with the rash. I ended up taking her to see another dermatologist, who was alarmed at the condition of my mother's skin. She did a skin biopsy, told us she thought it was bullous pemphigoid, and sent her to the Emergency… Room! These were all things that should have been done by Dr. Marsh at my mother's first visit. Instead, she waited to receive a diagnosis and an effective treatment and relief for what turned out to be a very serious autoimmune skin disorder. She spent 3 days in the hospital receiving IV corticosteroids, fluids and other medications to treat the disorder. I would NOT recommend this doctor for anything other than cosmetic treatments, as I feel he is otherwise incompetent as a dermatologist.

Being on time is such a rare trait in doctors so I was very surprised at how quickly I was seen and at about the stated time of the appointment. The doctor was wonderful. I'm thrilled to find someone I trust who I will send my family and friend to.

I came in on the recommendation of several neighbors who have been coming in for several years. They all had great feedback on the doctor and his staff. I finally decided to see him for a skin issue and I was surprised at how easy it was to make an appointment. There was no hassle about filing in tons of paperwork or getting referrals. The staff was very friendly, greeting me as soon as I walked in the door. The wait was much shorter than most offices, and I agree with my neighbors that Dr. Marsh is great. He was so nice and I did not feel rushed at all. He listened and its clear that he cares about his patients. I also loved the location and the bright sunny atmosphere in the office.
