Dr. Erica M Kuhn, DO

I refer Dr. Kuhn to all my friends, family, coworkers and acquaintances. She is attentive, takes the extra time to listen to your problems. She is personable and doesn't rush you out of her office. She is knowledgeable and keeps abreast of new techniques. She and her staff follow-up your care plans and coordinates with other specialist you may have. Her staff is on top of every situation. My mother recommended I select her as my primary care and I have never regretted that decision and neither has anyone I have referred her to. You can't go wrong.

If you don't want to have a doctor than this is your doctor. Seems like this doctor is very busy to see her patients, she never has an appointment available for you yet you go to her office and is always empty. She' s never in her office for any questions or referrals. If you need to see a doctor, her staff recommends to go to urgent care, ð??³so why have a doctor? When I finally did see her I asked her to check my throat that I was feeling something was wrong. She checked it and said everything looked good to her. My gut had me uncomfortable with her response. Two days later I developed a severe cough and inflammation in my throat causing shortness of breath, spent a night in the ER, not to mention the ER copay of $200, all probably avoided if Dr Khun's diagnosis of looking good would had been accurate. She either does not know her field or she is just careless. I don't recommend his doctor to anyone.

Dr. Kuhn is a wonderful doctor. She listens is kind and understanding. Her staff is knowledgable, helpful and take time to listen. They are very busy but always accommodating. I would certainly recommend her to your family and friends.

This doctor has a skeleton staff, so the fact that 2 staff members are incompetent makes getting things done difficult. You can't talk to this doc on the phone so you'll have to go through her staff. The doctor should hold her staff to a professional standard, but doesn't. For instance, the "business mgr" refused to give an authorization that the doctor herself immediately OK'd later on. And I still remember my husband and I waiting outside a pharmacy for a topical pain medication which was never prescribed as promised. These 2 staff members are always "too busy" to take care of things properly. If you like to call your doctor's office and have them hang up on you whenever they're busy or whenever you have problems or questions that take a minute, then this is the office for you.
