Dr. Falguni C Patel, DO

Dr. Falguni Patel should have her license revoked. She has terrible bedside manners and needs sensitivity training. Her business ethics are questionable. Also, met Dr Patel outside the office and she continued to show a lack of concern. Should go back to school.

Dr Falguni Patel is rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor. She's uncaring and talked down to me the entire visit, each of the three times I saw her.

Tried over 3 visits to get me to admit I smoked cigarettes. I've never had a cigarette in my life. She just assumed I did, because I had a dui. Spent more time trying to trick me into admitting to smoking, than helping me. She has no business practicing medicine.

I just saw this doctor on Monday after coughing for weeks and getting worse. She listened to my lungs and told me that they were clear, which was definitely not true. She then told me I have asthma or the cough could be the result of heartburn which I have never had! The medication she called in for me were heartburn meds and some pills for coughing. By Thursday I was way worse and went back to see another doctor. Thankfully this new doctor was able to diagnose me correctly and called in some antibiotics, prednisone, and tylenol with codeine so I can sleep. I will never see this woman again! She is absolutely horrible! Be warned!

I have visited with Dr. Falguni many times and each time she has been very friendly and spends as much time as I need. Extremely thorough and asks a lot of questions. She always smiles and says hello when she enters the room.

When you're not feeling well, it helps when the doctor shows compassion. Dr. Patel lacks warmth or a bedside manner. She also grilled me about my medical condition, asking questions that were kind of insulting. She's make a good engineer or research doctor, as people don't seem to be her forte. Won't be back. Unfortunate, the office staff are helpful and pleasant

Staff member Ashely is the highlight of the clinic. She is very compassionate and soft spoken. She detailed me about the status of my teeth very nicely. Dr. Patel is nice and friendly. Person on the front desk didn't have any soft skills, she forced me to go for deep cleaning and was evidently angry when I asked for other options.

First thing this doctor said to me when she walked in the room is well aren't you a big girl. No hello, no nothing. Terrible bedside manner. Had me in tears because she completely ignored my medical concerns. Very judgemental and makes people feel terrible about themselves. Prescribed me medication tha caused me to have allergic reactions and when I told her I couldn't take the medication she told me the reactions were all in my head. So pretty much she was calling me crazy. I was never able to get appointments with any of the others doctors in the practice...I finally just quit going to them because she's awful.

She has absolutely no personality or bedside manner whatsoever. She is not engaging, never smiles and is not kind or empathetic.
