Dr. Farid Yasharpour, MD

very rude . He does not care about his patients and is extremely insensitive. never going back to him.

This man was amazing. He’s great at what he does. He did both of my c-sections and I wouldn’t choose anyone else!

I went to see him for the first time and he gave me bad new with no remorse. He said "Theres no heartbeat. It's dead. Nothing I can do." Then gave me an ultrasound picture in my hands without telling me. I jumpes I had no idea he was going to give me it. He literally just placed it there rudely. He was so rude and he told me I lost my baby like he didn't care and then went straight to options I can do. I went back to make an appointment foe a d and c and he told me I had to wait. For the referral to be approved and my mother try to ask him a few questions and he gave he attitude as if he though my mother was trying to do his job by asking a few questions. He was so rude to her and my mother didn't take it ans shut him up. What kind of doctor shakes their head and give attitude to a patient for asking questions? He said "he's the doctor he knows what he's doing. Does she look ill to you?" My mom just wanted to know the if ill get another infection for waiting. I had to look for another… doctor to help me. I was finally able to find a doctor however it was too late because I was emitted to the E.R. for waiting to long. The doctor at the E.R called Yasharpour to come in and do the D and C as an emergency and Yasharpour said he didn't have time for me. Another doctor came in to help me. Bad doctor!!!! Don't recommond!!! He doesn't care about your health or if you have a miscarriage.

I didn't see Dr. Yasharpour as my primary throughout my pregnancy, but I did have an appointment him at the end and I was pleasantly surprised by how much time he spent with me - he even performed an ultrasound at my request! Most OB/GYNs don't spend much time with you at appointments, but he spent nearly 40 minutes. I was planning on having a homebirth, but had to transfer, so he delivered my son, too. He made feel comfortable, confident & respected my wishes to have a natural labor & delivery!

People are quick to complain, but never to praise. This doctor is the best I have had hands down. He delivered both of my sons about 5 years apart from each other. The staff is amazing, especially Cheryl the Nurse Practitioner and Claudia the Counselor. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. As long as you have an appointment, the wait time is not bad at all, 10 minutes tops. He has delivered hundreds of babies and the proof is on the walls! The whole office is full of pictures of babies whom Dr. Yasharpour delivered. Take it from me, even though it took me almost 6 years to write a review, he is still the doctor I refer to all my pregnant friends!

He's a great doctor but, his staff are the worst unprofessional people i have ever met. I must say that Claudia "a so call counceller" is the worst of all. She atomatically assumed that all my children do not have the same father, very snooty. And the other staff it seems like they are in competition with eachother on fashion. But other than that Dr. Yasharpour is a sweet heart and caring when he is around.

I do recommend Dr.Yashapour his staff is very rude but overall he is a great doctor. He takes his time with each patient sometimes he does leave for deliveries but when its your turn his always there.

The Dr is almost never there.

BEWARE: Dr. Yasharpour has the rudest, most unprofessional staff. Even if he is highly qualified, it is not worth becoming his patient if you are going to have to deal with his inefficient staff. They place you on hold for an extremely long period of time and act like you're bothering them when you ask a question. His assistant/midwife is the worst of all. I can deal with the bad customer service from Dr. Yasharpour's under-skilled front office staff, but would expect his midwife to be an extension of him and reflect this by being more professional. Instead, she is just as rude as the rest. As a pregnant woman, I expect to be able to ask questions and get answers. Unfortunately, this midwife, Cheryl, has rushed me out of my appointments every time I've gone in. When she does answer my questions she responds rudely, like I'm somehow supposed to know these things. Of course, if I had answers to all my pregnancy questions, I wouldn't be asking her. If Dr. Yasharpour took more… time to train his staff and midwife to match his professionalism, he'd have a higher quality practice. I do not recommend visiting him at this clinic.

I had an appointment with the Dr. to get an IUD and I was shocked at how I was treated. First he asked me a few questions to see if I am a candidate. He was in the middle of asking a few questions than he asked if I have ever had a baby. I said yes, he than asked how old is she. I told him that she was 5 months. After that moment his personality changed. Very rudely he asked WHY DIDNT I DELIVER YOUR BABY? He than said that he thinks I should go to the Dr. that delivered my baby to put the IUD for me. He said hes looses money on the IUD and he cant just take people off the street and put the IUD for them. I have been a patient of the Dr. for over 7 years and the only reason why he didnt deliver my baby is because his office is too far from my house and so is the hospital. I started to cry in his office and he told me that its best if I leave. When I asked for my records and files he said it would be $35.00. I cant believe that a Dr. would treat a person like this. I do not recommend… this Dr. to anyone and I am glad he didnt deliver my child!!!
