Overall an amazing experience with Dr Hall. The wait was a little long as (45min), but that is standard in the medical field, if not better than other Dr's. Overall it was an amazing experience as I now have so much more energy and feel like Dr. Hall really took the time to understand my case. My bill was a little on the pricey side, but that was expected based on my research and was worth every penny!

She is very expensive and does not take insurance. She spends a lot of time with you. However there is a huge conflict of interest as she is perscribing her own supplements and hormones. These are hormones that are created in a compounding pharmacy and not FDA approved. So

Love Dr Hall, she understands women, what we face physically, mentally, and emotionally, as we age and our bodies change. She is compassionate and honest.

I was told about Dr. hall from a friend and didn't realize until six months after treatments how badly I needed her. I am 53 years old and have been under her care for eight months. I have energy, vitality, and a sex drive again. She knows what she is doing!

Communications on what to expect could be better.

For what I paid to see her, the care was terrible. Most of her fees are not covered by insurance, so you need some serious money to see her. After the 1st appointment I was passed off to her cold and uncaring husband... He made me wait at one appointment for over an hour while he had a personal , not important, conversation, which I could hear , on the phone with a friend. If I had wanted an appointment with him, I would have made one initially. Now he's her ex. I went for bioidentical hormone replacement. Took forever to get an appointment and when I had a month of HORRIBLE migraines because of her medication, I was told I could see her in 4 months, I asked to see her associate and I was told 2 months, and I was already a patient. I got the feeling that she and hubby were there to sell everything they could to her patients, tea, books, vitamins, facial treatments, etc, It was a BIG business. I went there before she did TV appearances. My advice, do not see a Dr. who is… interested in fame.

The best decision I have ever made was to go see Prudence Hall. She has helped me in so many ways, just as I was about to give up. It has been almost 2 months since I started the bio-identical hormones and have never felt better. I did have to wait a while for my appointment but any doctor you go to that is in HIGH demand....you will have to wait. It was worth every second I waited for Dr. Hall. I highly recommend every female and male to see her! Dr. Hall & her specialists WILL change your life!!
