If you choose to visit this physician, be prepared to wait and to deal with poor service from the time you call to schedule... if you can get off hold to speak with someone, then when arriving to the office your average wait will be one hour. If you need any paperwork completed by the office, be prepared to pay for an appointment to get it completed and signed by Dr. If their fax machine is operational they may be able to fax information where necessary; otherwise you are best to do it yourself. Your appointment will be transactional and rushed- at my most recent appt, Dr Canada actually asked me if I expected her to remember my appointment a few weeks ago when I was being treated for a serious illness- she apparently does not even review her own notes.... she is not a caring Dr nor very professional whatsoever- look elsewhere for quality care!

I felt Dr. Canada and her nurse were very thorough with me for my first visit. Time will tell but I appreciated her demeanor, her appropriate questions and her help with dealing with my medical concerns. Yes, I would definitely recommend her.

I actually love Dr. Canada, but I dislike her outside staff (desk personnel), which is why I am transferring to another doctor. I will not be abused by desk personnel. They shouldn't be in that position if they can't be courtesy.

Dr. Canada is one of those rare doctors that takes the time to get to know her patients. She is not one of those doctors that will prescribe things just to get you out and on to the next patient.
