I saw Dr Toro approx. 5-7 years. He is a great doctor. He cars about his patients. The only reason I stopped seeing him I moved out of state.

I have delt with anxiety for decades, many doctors have either been dismisive, or would marginalize me in seeking help. He is the first to ask questions, and give "advice". He combines a clinical Rx solution for the brain as an organic object, while also giving real helpful councel on methods of non-Rx based solutions thus appealing to me as a "person" and not just a collective number of organs. He communicates genuine concern for me, and ask probitive questions that are non-scripted, or some canned survey as others have. I trust that this Doctor has both the Education, and God given talent that impowers him to be so effective. As an ordained minister I know the error of over spiritualizing everything, and forgetting that the brain is an organ, in the same way Dr. Toro takes time to recognize the human mind as both organic, and unexplainable wonderful in it's design by our creator.to some his practice up I would call it: Practical Excellence!
