Dr. Francisco Rilloraza, MD

I sought Dr. Rillorizs for an immediate breast reconstruction with my prophylactic mastectomy. He was the only provider who said that he could do just one surgery for me, and I was extremely grateful. Now, about 2 months later, I am botched. He placed the (very small) implants under my arms and left sagging skin all around each. It looks terrible, and worse, it feels horrible. I've had constant agony from the way he performed the "reconstruction" and I fear that I will need to have the implants removed and replaced. He provides very little useful information and, his office is just him and one nurse. When he is working on one patient, he tells people like me to just wait with my complication! The worst part? When I told him that the outcome, I came in for a check-in and was prevented with an 8x10 of my pre-op picture!!! It was as if to say, " You may be dissatisfied now, but look how terrible you were before!" Needless to say, I do not recommend!!!!!!

Dr. Rilloraza, stitched up my daughters face under the chin and another laceration from the bottm lip down torwards the chin. It was so upsetting to see my child like this. He came in was calm and put us at ease, along with the staff. We were from out of town and put our trust in his hands. Our follow up with a plastic surgeon near our home was impressed with his work. Minimal scar, really did a wonderful job.

The worst, he was very aggressive in his mannerism, he butchered my upper lip, and he claimed he removed all of it, only for it to come back again, it was the worst procedure I ever had.. never will I ever refer him to anyone

I was referred by two of my friends that had a mini face lift and they looked great. I decided to have the same, I was very happy with the results.I definitely recommend Dr. R..

I couldn’t be more disappointed with the breast reduction done to me by this Doctor! He did the reduction and no reconstruction, that was approved in advance for both to be done by Dr. Mata, but Mata was on Vacation so this Rilloraza filled in for him and did my surgery. I am completely destroyed by this I have all this extra skin on the sides of my breast and when I put my arms out straight it looks like a una boob! No contouring at all. He had golf balls cut in half holding my new skin graphed nipples on and when they were removed he said I could shower and my nipples literally where washed down the drain!! So I am a complete mess and all he says was come to my office I can “lobe” the skin off!! I said no way I need to be in a OR he says I would need $4000!’ I won’t settle util I can sue this man!! He destroyed part of my life!!’m

Went to him for a mini facelift he never sewed up the muscles the first time he did surgery so everything started to droop again cut me open a second time and a third time even did liposuction under my chin hasn't even been quite two years and I look absolutely horrible I have big bulges on the side of my neck and a double chin worse than I had when I went in.. I wish I could put some pictures on this site so you can see what he did to me you could see my earlobes that are now attached to the side of my face I don't even have an earlobe I am putting this up here because it is so depressing what was done to me and the money that I spent and after all that .I look worse then the day I went in

Doctor showed total lack of professionalism, refused to come to the Emergency Room as the on call plastic surgeon because of the road conditions. After my wife and I spoke the the administrator at the hospital the CEO had to go pick the doctor up. Meanwhile my 4 year old daughter sat in the emergency room waiting for treatment for over four hours. Once doctor arrived his bed side manor was absolutely terrible I would not recommend this individual to anyone!!

I thought this dr knew something about breast reconstruction after cancer- but am still in constant pain from the surgery and deformed implants I have in my body. And after showing him where certain sutures had been ripped - he prescribed an antibiotic but never closed the opening- leaving a much wider scar and nerve endings to cause pain. Would not even consider going back and he never followed up regarding the surgery so it must not have meant much to him-just a number.

Eyelid surgery was wonderful!

Very skilled, kind, caring, compassionate doctor. Highly recommend!!!
