Dr. Francisco R Valdivia, MD

My husband was recently diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. We appreciated the time that Dr. Valdivia spent with us. He provides excellent patient care, as does his entire staff. Despite the fact that we were hoping that we would not get a Parkinson’s diagnosis, we felt like our medical experience was efficient and we were well cared for.

Just in for the money, no warm treatment and/or understanding special needs from a Parkinsonism patient. Looks like he's only in for the money.

Doctor Valdivia takes his time explaining every question and/or concern and sympathizes with my family and me. I went to the east coast and returned to Tucson and main reason was doctor Valdivia and his way of treatment with me. I recommend 100%. I went from being bed bound to total recovery I even have been able to jog.

Was excellent help

In mid 2009 my Dr referred me to Dr Valdavia. I had seen several Neurological Dr's prior to visiting his place of business (then on Beverley near Pima) I was worried he was too old to be any better than the 'younger' Dr's I've seen. He made me feel comfortable & explained everything he was doing & why. He actually discovered that I was suffering from Extreme Myelopathy. I would have been a quadriplegic within 6 months, had he not discovered this! God Bless this wonderful man!

Dr Valdivia does not have any compassion for his patients.Just do the treatment and leave. Does not listen to you and is rough when administering to patient.

Dr. Valdivia has a poor bedside manner. That wouldn't matter if he was helpful. He is incompetent is making neurological diagnoses or devising effective neurological treatment plans. Do not waste your time, energy or effort to see Dr. Valdivia. He is the most incompetent doctor I've ever encountered.

I absolutely love Dr. Valdivia. I went from having a really awful neurologist who never listened to my concerns about any of my symptoms with MS. I switched to Dr. Valdivia after hearing about what a great neurologist he is, and I have not regretted this choice. He listens and is genuinely involved in my MS journey and that really means a lot to a patient who is battling this disease. He never makes you feel rushed and spends the time with you to make sure he addresses every question and concern you have. I would and do highly recommend him to my fellow MSers and am proud to.

Every appt = another MRI. Poor bedside manner. Never diagnosed me. Don't go to him.

My mom went to this doctor and he was very rude and uninformative. He's not patient or clear with her and starts stressing himself and everyone else out.
