The office staff does not inform you that they are running behind everyday. They ask you to arrive early, do not arrive early or you will be there for almost two hours prior to seeing the doctor. The doctor was supposed to follow up with me regarding my daughters leg and reach out to her other orthopedic surgeon in another state because we just moved here and I have called twice and never received a return phone call. My orthopedic surgeon has stated that the doctor still has not called back and this is a time sensitive case. Highly discourage using this office, I will be driving to Orlando going forward, as this is the worst healthcare service that I have ever witnessed. By the way it's been 8 months and there is still no return phone call or follow up from the office or the doctor. Very disappointed in this practice and office staff.
