I chose Dr Baras because he speaks Spanish so my Mother (89) would fell comfortable. She never met him. The first appointment we went directly to Dra.Yamile Días’s Office, explaining to us before entering that the doctor Baras was very Busy. The second appointment, I called from the parking lot to tell them that I have 20’ looking for parking, at any moment I will be there. To my surprise when we arrived Mrs Alicia tell me: “Doctor Baras felt bad and had to leave”. The only comment I made was: “ Why didn’t you tell me by phone if I just spoke a few minutes ago?.”Suddenly, “Mrs Mayte” who was in another corner answered me with a very BAD ATTITUDE: “The Doctor is Human and had the right to get sick”. -Unnecessary comment- Finally, they offered to see Dra. Yamile Días, again!. I did not agree. So, they scheduled an appointment over the phone for the next day with Dr. Baras. Very impersonal. Nevertheless, I want to let you know that Mrs GINA always answered me very kindly and professional… by phone when I need to coordinate with them and the insurance.
