Highly Disturbing

Mishandledtime sensitive paperwork, canceling appointments less than 30 mins out that they've known about for "weeks", and ridiculously rude office workers. I will warn everyone I know to stay far far away from this office until they get better staff.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Alonso. My husband nearly died of a stroke and subsequent seizures earlier this year. We spent over 6 months struggling with his decreasing health and seizures. Within two visits, Dr Alonso was able to figure out what was actually going on with his seizures, regulate his medication and give us our lives back. My husband had spend nearly a month at a Gainesville hospital and the staff had not been able to pick up on what was actually happening with him following the stroke but Dr. Alonso very thoroughly assessed his symptoms/Medications and made the necessary changes. Unlike many specialists, he sits and truly listens. He and his office staff actually care about the care at his Lake City office. I am so happy he chose to open his practice here!!
