For over 20 years my family and myself have been patients of Dr. Meltsakos. He is caring, knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to make sure his patients are treated with respect and get the best medical attention possible. Can’t talk to anyone. No one calls back. Staff at the front desk is rude. No coordinating care. Forced to go to urgent care to get treatment over and over because no one will answer the phone or call back. They won’t even call back other doctors. Just disgusting.

Terrible. Can’t get through to anyone. No one returns calls. Doctor vanishes. He won’t treat you and won’t refer you to anyone who can. Lazy rude staff. Leaves conditions untreated. If you have a serious or chronic problem steer clear he can’t handle it and his office is too lazy to refer you even though the doctor tells you it needs to be treated by someone else.

My wife and I are both patients of Doctor Meltsakos. we hve been with him ever since he opened his office in Lowell. His ability to identify and treet many ailments is incredible. He has kept me alive through 5 strokes and 1 heart attack
