Threatening patients to obtain compliance is both immoral and abusive. It is clear evidence of a lack of skill and caring, and it is not conducive to the creating of a trusting doctor-patient relationship. It is hammer meets nail, and you don't want to be his nail.

He's a very poor listener, displays a hostile attitude and frequently threatens his inpatients with long term commitment to the state hospital and ECT over objection. If he threatens you with either of these things, you should know that the state hospital has very limited beds, and most patients get discharged waiting to be sent there if they do get committed. You should also know that Nasty can't get an order for any treatment over your objection without you being declared to lack legal capacity. It's not that easy to get. Also, you can protect yourself by naming a health care proxy who would make those decisions according to your wishes should you bevdeemed incompetent. Simply being a psychiatric patient, even inpatient does not strip you of your legal capacity. Don't be bullied and terrorized by this manipulative "doctor".

George is a speculative freemason, not a craftsperson. The speculative freemasons developed out of the Rosicrucian Order, which practices Egyptian paganism. Rosicrucian teachings are a combination of occultism and other religious beliefs and practices. Its practicers believe they have been given special metaphyscial knowledge. They require a blood oath. They believe they are superior to the unwashed masses. George, himself, carries the masonic title of Worshipful Master. At one time, he was the Deputy District Grand Master at Large. If you want your health care left to this individual, that's your choice. Or maybe it's not your choice, since some of his patients are forced to deal with him. As far as I'm concerned, anyone involved in the Rosicrucian-derived speculative freemasonry is a megalomaniac. Educate yourself about these people.

Possibly the worst doctor I've ever met. He's careless and rude.
