Dr. George William Newton, MD

Dr. Newton is the most caring doctor ever. He cares for you like you are his only patient. He is friendly & came to hold my hand while the wound care tech took out my stitches, even though he had other patients. He is down to earth & genuinely cares.

Dr. Newton is a very qualified physician who is meticulous in the diagnosis and care of his patients. He explains his diagnosis to you and informs you of the best way to correct your problem. In June, 2016 he treated me for a closed fracture of my left thumb. He took the time to show the x-rays to me and show me the number of breaks. He is a no non-sense physician who has his patients' best interest in mind. I am a retired pharmaceutical rep and have called on literally thousands of doctors over my career and all over the states. I am very admiring of Dr. Newton's patience to explain as well as his experience which I have learned from his C.V. I was very lucky in finding Dr. Newton, and highly advise any person who wants excellent care with no smoke and mirrors to go to him.

I lost the use of 3 fingers in one wk due to rheumatoid arthritis cyst on top of my hand that had degraded tendons connecting those fingers. A previous general practitioner had continuously drained it with a needle leaving the sac intact. So Dr Newton removed the sac and fixed the tendons by using some from the first finger to reconnect to the lost three. He also cut back the wrist bone that was pressing into my hand. Once I called Dr Newton he gave me his immediate attention. He was professional efficient caring and knowledgeable! I will be going back to him with my left wrist problems. He is great!
