Dr. Georgis Patsias

STAY CLEAR OF THIS DR.! He'a Quack! My kidney Dr. saw I had a UTI just hours before I saw Patsias. Patsias said I didn't have it. "It must of cleared itself up" he said. My kidney Dr. saw the same blood results just 2 hours earlier & saw it, but this Quack didn't see it! 2 days later his office calls me and says "Yes. You have a UTI." My kidney doctor was right, but this BoZo didn't see anything on the same blood results! My blood work showed my PSA was high at 8.1. Immediately this Quack says said I needed a biopsy. I decided to be my own advocate and researched on-line. I read a list of reasons why my PSA might be high. 2 reasons out of 8 caught my eye and said why it might be high . 1) bicycle riding. Bike ridiing can increase your PSA. I ride my bike 10 miles a day!! 2) a UTI can spike your PSA. This Quack of a Doctor NEVER asked if I ride a bike. This Quack didn't even see I had a UTI when my nephrologist saw I did just 2 hours earlier. I watched YouTube videos from… another Urologist that didn't believe in doing Biopsies so quickly. So I Call this Quacks office and canceled my Biopsy. I decided to wait 3-4 weeks to have another PSA test done. So I stopped riding my bicycle during these weeks and took antibiotics to cure my UTI. Several weeks later I took another blood test and lo and behold my PSA was now NORMAL at 3.7 ! Patsias the QUACK NEVER ASKED ME ANYTHING THAT MAY OF AFFECTED MY PSA BEING SO HIGH! HE JUST IMMEDIATELY SAID I NEEDED A BIOPSY! He is a LOUSY DOCTOR! Another thing, I went to see him in September. But I did Not see him because he sent in his PA to do his exam. (I can't stand when the doctor you pay to see sends in his helper who is NOT A DOCTOR!). She said to get bloodwork done and I told her to put in a request for testing my PSA levels. She said "OK". When i went to Quest for my blood work, I was told there was NO REQUEST for a PSA TEST! This happened Twice. The third time I had to raise my voice to another doctor to please put the request in. That's when I found out my PSA was at 8.1. Patsias the Quack never asked questions as to why my PSA might be so high. He just wanted me to go straight to a biopsy. I guess that's how some Doctors work-just order tests so they can make money! I read the other reviews about him on this site and they echo the same feelings i have about this QUACK Patsias. In my opinion, and the other reviewers here, STAY THE F*CK CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS QUACK! I learned my lesson to do my homework in finding a good, competent Doctor in the future. I will seek out all reviews on a Doctor from now on. Good Luck to you .

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this doctor; he doesn’t seem to care about his patients. Just in and out! That’s It! Don’t bother wasting your time calling the office or making an appointment. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Doesn't show interest in patients. Only saw me twice when i went to him over 5 times. This is the worst doctor i've ever been to.

Only saw dr once; then only PA. Also I'm having a prostate biopsy and they want me to bring in vials of lidocaine and an antibiotic injectable which should be provided and paid for by the practice. Clearly this is cost shifting. By using the PA and making the patient pay for intra-procedure medications this practice is only looking to save money. Also did you know he had 4 malpractice suits? Check them out!

I visut his office 2 times I never see the Dr I was schedulled for a procedure and they change my appointment date 3 times

got circumcised and it went well he and his nurses were nice but it was a bumpy ride to get this appointment done.

Does not treat patients well, kind of arrogant..

Very painful, couldn't finish test..Dr. left room, no follow up comments or explanation..Very aloof...I'm looking for new Dr. WOULDN'T RECCOMMEND..Have seen him twice previously, not impressd.

Tried calling the office to get some information and an appointment couldn't even get through, the phone system prompts you to select the reason for the call but doesn't allow for such selection and after hearing some of the opinions of past patients this does not look good AT ALL!!!!!!

Stay away!!!!
