The Dr. Is excelente, but the people that works for him isn't doing a good job, l had been waiting for them to call the pharmacy for a new medication for 15 days and also for fallow up appointments and still waiting .

Full disclosure, this review is for the business and not the doctor since I left before I could even be seen. I had to wait over an hour as a first-time patient and I even got there 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. The waiting room was packed and everyone there was frustrated from waiting so long as well. I walked out after an hour of waiting because there were still about 3 people before me. No business is worth that much of your time, especially considering there are other options closeby.

nothing but outstanding medical practice

I am a patient of Dr Franco and he is a good doctor but his office staff are consistently rude and verbally abusive. Hoped new staff would change attitude in office but it remains the same because they follow the lead of Gladys, the office manager, who is the most unpleasant person. They are also all family. Gladys is the nurse (Betty’s) mother and the other young girl (Yasu) is her neice. They treat you as if you are a bother to them, instead of acknowledging they are there to serve the patients. They do not get back to you when they say they will call you back. You can leave a message with their answering service and you will also not get a return call. If you ask, they will tell you they didn’t get the message or make excuses about how busy they are. Dr Franco doesn’t have the respect and consideration to have his staff send all patients a mass email, or letter, letting you know he will be away many times throughout the year and that they close before/after holidays, changing their… normal hours and days closed. This would be a very easy things for them to do and would allow patients to make arrangements accordingly. During the hurricane I received emails from several medical professionals explaining the status of their office and yet they had no phone service for days but didn’t communicate this and their answering service took messages telling patients they would be called. Many businesses (including mine) had issues after the hurricane but they don’t burden their customers with this, they handle them professionally, behind the scenes. I’ve spoken with others who’ve had the same experience and some former employees as well. Apparently This is the way he likes running his office, which makes me question his judgment. A good doctor wouldn’t allow his patients to be treated this way or ruin his professional reputation by employing such unprofessional staff.

Dr. Franco genuinely care for his patient's. He has been my family doctor for years now. He is one of the few physician that still spend time to speak to his patient's and explain medical jargons in layman's terms. He will always refers his patients to where they need to go for further evaluations when needed. I love Dr. Franco, he is an awesome physician and person.

not very pro-active when issues are considered emergencies.

Best doctor in town. Rather focus on the patients health than appearances. Even though the wait can be a little long i find it worth it. I always leave happy and feeling much better. :)

Dr. Franco is a caring doctor and wonderful person. Highly recommend. Wait is a bit on occasion, but that's true of most doctors offices you visit these days!

We've been going to Dr. Franco for years and love him -- BUT will probably go elsewhere due to his awful staff {difficulty in getting an appointment when we're really, really sick --and-- lack of follow up}.
