Dr. Gihan Naguib, MD

I would have given 0 stars if I could! Dr. Naguib knows absolutely nothing about professionalism, courtesy, respect, human decency, or about good customer service! She is rude, arrogant and does not listen to your questions and concerns. She will rush appointments and not thoroughly explain information, mislead as well as diagnosis your child incorrectly. Her presence isn't warm and welcoming and her attitude isn't positive. She has proven that she is only there for the money and it is so apparent that she truly doesn't have compassion for her patients and their care/needs. She just shows up to work! She takes total control of your child's care and is dismissive to any parent/guardian concerns ultimately. I am unsure as to why Dr. Naguib is a doctor! I truly regret having her as my child's doctor. She gives John Hopkins children center a terrible name and puts them to shame!

Dr. Naguib is the most uncaring and cold doctor I have ever met. She didn’t introduce herself to us when she entered the room and just didn’t seem to truly care about my son’s issues. Didn’t smile once and was just so cold. Not at all caring and nurturing to a child as a pediatric doctor should be. If you need a pediatric GI doctor, please look elsewhere. I know there are caring pediatric doctors out there. She is not one of them!

Dr. Naguib was the only Gastro doctor that listened to me and conducted test on my children. Children's national medical center refused to do test as they figured what was going with my kids was "normal". She ordered a barium enema for my oldest which diagnosed a redundant colon along with excessive stretching. She caught my youngest sons anemia and is working with hematology to help figure where it maybe coming from. She is "slow" but her bedside manner and the fact that she actually listens trumps most other things. I'd avoid children's at all cost.
