Dr. Gordon Jacob Ostrum JR., MD

I Just love Dr Ostrum I have been going to him for many many years and he is the only Obgyn I will go To. I just hope he is not retiring soon. I just love him . I grew with his staff. We all have our ups and downs but he is a most pleasant and does take time to talk to me before and after. Always asked me how my family is doing and etc. He is by far one of the best Obgyn I know.. Thanks Doc for what you do.

Dismissive A hole.

Aggressive, doesn't tell you what he's going to do before he does it, and he didn't use gloves for a pelvic exam. He did it so quickly and unexpectedly there was no chance to stop him. I was very upset with this entire experience.

I'm really happy with us doctor as well as the rest of the office staff. Appointments flow well and I can always get in when I need to. Dr. Ostrum is very easy to talk too.

Dr. Ostrum is about the only thing I liked about this office. The wait time to schedule an appointment or talk to a nurse on the phone is 10-20 minutes every time I call. I easily wait 25-45 minutes at every appointment to be seen. I had rude encounters from doctors on the emergency help line. Probably the most disgusting experience is when you leave your urine sample in the bathroom next to several others sitting on the back of the toilet. Definitely needs a better office manager to clean up this place. It's sad that the office experience is so poor for a good doctor.
