Dr. Grace Sookyung Bai, MD

I recently had cataract surgery at Grace Bai Eye Clinics. Last March, my mother also had cataract surgery with an American doctor. She was very frustrated because she had to wait over two hours for an appointment with an American doctor. Grace Bai Eye clinic was punctual, even with a large patient base. The staff and doctor were all very friendly. Living in the US, even without language barriers, I was amazed at how skilled, kind, and punctual Korean doctors are. I recommend everyone living in the U S to see a Korean doctor. Korean doctors speak English well, and most importantly, unlike Americans, they are kind.

Dr. Bai is amazing at her work. Took my uncle for cataract and its a whole new world for him now. She has been great in all aspects. Can't tank you enough.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr Bai. I had been wearing glassed since kindergarten and had a terrible astigmatism ( neg 12). I was having trouble seeing at night, and it was getting difficult, because of my job I need to see at night. She recommended Cataract surgery and talked to me about torek lenses possibly correcting my vision. I finally decided to move forward with the surgery. My vision , now, is 20/20 and 20/ 25. She is a MIRACLE worker. I cry every time i think about finding her has literally changed my life! Thank you, Dr Bai!!!

Dr. Bai. Saves my mother's eye. Hospital sent us to her as the on call doctor. While we had to wait a while for exam, once Dr. Bai thoroughly examined eye, she immediately began treatment and protocol for resolution. She was direct in her instructions and encouraging with each subsequent and frequent visit back. I appreciate the effort she made and her concern for my mother's care.

I almost lost my vision in one because of her carelessness. She just wants to make money at your expense.

I believe there are valid reasons Dr. Bai is receiving so many 1's out 5. (She has a 2.5 average, with some really bad reviews, or maybe there are several reasons). Personally, she treated me horribly and I agree with the bad reviews. I was in pain for days after her exam. Her staff completely disregarded my questions and concerns. I dont know what issues they had there but my wellbeing or feelings was not one of them. I dont know what school or training she has had or what tests she passed but as for me, I am staying away.
