UNDERSTANDING DR. TAKES TIME TO LISTEN

listens to what I have to say, thorough exam if testing not done there in her office when you leave you have orders & prescriptions in hand or faxed to my pharmacy when you leave along with referral or authorizations to follow by email or mail within two to three days. I've been her patient for over 20 years extremely happy with her and her staffs care and response to my or my family's needs. My adult son and daughter are also her patients.

Dr. Imbastari is excellent.....she takes the clients interest at heart. I find the difference in Female and Male Doctors to be significant. She is always very concerned about my illness and goes overboard to help me with a cure. I highly recommend Dr. Grace Imbastari !!!!!!!!

I cannot say enough positives about Dr. Imbastari, her partner (Dr. V.) and her entire staff. She's been my doctor for 17 years & in all my years of selecting doctors in several states, she has been the best. She literally saved my life last year, ordering expedited tests & sending me to the emergency room. She even called me the next day (a Saturday) while I was in the hospital, to see how I was feeling! Every nurse I told about her phone call was shocked as doctors rarely show that degree of concern. When I call with a question/problem, either she or her nurse calls me back promptly. Many times her staff has "worked me in" the same day I've called. Once, I stopped by to pick up a prescription close to 5pm. She saw me & had me come back to a room to share some test results with me. If that isn't a caring doctor, I don't know what is! And her staff has ALWAYS been polite & friendly. To my mind, any negative comments here are because of the person making them and their attitude, not… because of any shortcomings of Dr. Imbastari or any of her staff!

What truly makes Dr Imbastari amazing is something that is not found in doctors today because it is something that is not taught. She is First a doctor, don't get me wrong. But she has this intuitive sixth sense that I have never experienced before. I am so grateful for having her as my doctor and I credit her uncanny intuitiveness as well as her caring and friendly manner to keeping my entire family happy and most importantly healthy. She is quite busy so it is necessary for appointments I would say.

She has been my doctor for 20 years and I absolutely love her. Unfortunately, I have moved out of the state and can't see her. I feel like she is family. She is the best.

Been going for over 10 years, "watched" her 3kids grow up. She is very sweet, compassionate, listens, but sticks to the schedule. When your time is up, it's up. She tries to give you referrals not always what you want. Best to find your own and get the referral slip from her. Front office staff is rude, billing is slow, not timely, and totally unresponsive when you try to get an explanation. Her staff needs work, except for her MA who is excellent. Front office and billing need to take a lesson they cost her business.
