he is the best doctor, he explained to me everything and gave me time for my questions and answered them .

He's rude, unempathetic, and unprofessional. At every appointment that I had with him, he is argumentative. He never asks if I have any questions for him, and walks out of the room. During my visit, he flew into a rage and went into an angry rant for over 20 minutes about me going to an imaging center for a test instead of using his office because I did not want an X-ray for an acute injury to my knee. I wanted an MRI because it would show the damage to the ligaments and tendons, along with any bone damage. Which I informed him about during my previous visit. He decided to schedule me for an X-ray anyway, along with the MRI. I opted for the MRI only. He also questioned why I wanted to go to an imaging center instead of his office. When I told him that there was more availability at the imaging center, he disregarded it and continued with his rant. He misdiagnosed me with tendonitis when I told him on a previous visit that it was an acute injury, and had no problems with the knee before… that. Also during the same visit asked me why I did not go to physical therapy as he recommended. I don't see how he expected me to go when the physical therapy facility only received a cover sheet and nothing else. The referral coordinator swore up and down that she sent and re-sent the referral while I was there for my visit. She did not. He tried to blame me and tried to call me non-compliant in so many words. During my last and final visit, the radiology reports showed a different injury than the one he 'diagnosed' me with. Instead of admitting that, he dug his heels and stated that he was right. He promised to send me for physical therapy only to later refused to do so. Stating that physical therapy would not help. He asked me at one point if I trusted him. The interactions with him and the staff have done nothing to make me trust him. Delaying a patient's care, and being condescending, dismissive, and rude are not ways to build trust.

I am in the medical field myself in the U.S. Army and I have never seen a more professional Dr. He made feel very comfortable during his examination process. Was strange being on the other side of the table receiving very personal exams, but it was a very smooth process. Thank you very much Doc...
