My Wife and I have been patients of Dr. Kaplan for many years. We have found him to be a most compassionate and knowledgeable Dr.I am in my 80"s and any time something comes up he is there for us.He is a very able diagnostician.

Financial status of patient evidently influences doctor's ability to treat. Doctor only treats patients who can pay $1500 per year beyond what insurance pays. Doctor's going into concierge med are a disgrace to Hippocrates. And the VIP model must be a real goldmine for the money-driven.
