Dr. Hartej S. Sethi

Poor communication, could not identify problem that was found quickly but another neurogist.

Dr. Sethi himself had me waiting for an hr after my scheduled time even though I was 20 min early. The receptionist is a younger lady that was incredibly rude and stuck up and his nursing staff appeared to be uneducated in their profession and slow at responding. I don't understand how this office is still open.

dr. sethi has given my mother his full attention when he examines her. i have no problem with dr. sethi. his staff, however, or his nurse, is greatly lacking in response time to inquiries asked by my mother. i will admit i am not the most patient person but i do expect a response to a phone message within 24 hours. this is the second week IN A ROW that that has not happened. if dr. sethi was my doctor, unfortunately, i would change doctors as his staff is greatly lacking in compassion and response time.

Dr. Sethi and his staff are patient, kind and thorough. I never felt rushed or that any question I had was silly or unimportant to them.

Always checks my physical conditions reviews last visit ,always answers any concern doesn't Rush etc

If you want a doc who becomes frustrated because he can't figure out whats wrong with you and sends you away saying "there is nothing more I can do for you" - this is your guy. Wouldn't even listen to the concerns my GP wanted me to raise with him - just cut me off and sent me packing. It's too bad, his staff is awesome but he clearly is not interested in patients or their concerns. I wish he would have told me this the first time I saw him - I could have saved a lot of time and money.

After $4000 I got no diagnosis or solution.

This doctor appears very knowledgeable in the neurological speciality. He is also very caring and takes time to listen to his patients while giving expert care.
