She is a horrible doctor. She as other patients have said rush through the process. She takes no time to answer questions if you have a concern. She tries to degrade her patients.

Dr Hong knows her stuff! She is engaging and interested in what is going on with her patients.

Tends to be dismissive at times and always rushed. She is knowledgeable but if I don't go in with a list, I will forget because the appointments are too hurried. The way the front desk answers the phones isn't professional in my opinion.

Dr. Nguyen has been a disappointment as a doctor. I selected her after deciding to leave my last PcP whom was clearly in it for the money. I researched many doctors before deciding on her. She is always rushing and never seems to be ready to spend any time listening or letting you ask any questions. She is rude and makes inaccurate assumptions about you. She does not like you being knowledgeable about your health and acts as if you are trying to ensure she is making good decisions. It is the responsibility of a patient to be active in their own care as well. Forget trying to get in to see her should you need to if your ill without a lenghty wait. Needless, to say I am looking once again for a new PcP. Also, I feel she minimizes your health concerns and has a just accept it attitude. Once you leave her office you are pretty much forgotten and will not be able to access her personally via phone or email should you need to. It is scary knowing this is what doctors have become.… I can only imagine that any good reviews are from people mainly older who don't have much expectations of a doctor.

Yes, Dr. Nguyen is pretty busy and she let me be aware of the time schedule and suggested to me that I write down my concerns prior to my visit, so that I could be prepared. I wasn't aware of the workload that doctors sometimes have in order to keep down our wait time in the lobby. She has always been on my side and has helped me through caring for my parents and myself. I would very much recommend her services to others. She has also suggested vitamin remedies for me instead of medications. I appreciate that.

Dr. Nugyen is very busy, after 6 years as her patient, I have changed Dr's. She is short sometimes rude and insulting to your intelligence, she hasn't always been that way, a real shame. I used to be able to tell her anything, now I'm afraid to say anthing. The office staff is some of the best and that is her saving grace.
