Dr Herman is rare these days. He takes time to explain everything to you about your procedure and Dr Herman looks you in the eye, he's not in a rush to get to the next patient. Dr Herman has an excellent bedside manor and to top that off, Dr Herman is an excellent ENT!!!! Elaine his nurse is great also!!!

I recommend Dr. Herman to anyone I know that has allergy issues and/or sleep apnea. He has tremendously improved my quality of life. He is highly experienced, and has an awesome attentive, caring personality as well. I have been a patient of his for about 15 plus years now, and would not even fathom going anywhere else.

I became a patient of Dr. Herman after another sleep doctor told me tests showed I had sleep apnea, and would need to use a CPAP machine for the rest of my life. I searched out Dr. Herman because he offers specialized treatments for sleep apnea, that don't require CPAP. Now, after being treated by Dr. Herman for a year, I no longer have sleep apnea, and have no need for a CPAP.

Dr. Herman performed my tonsillectomy and at old age, the after surgery was not a joke. Although, the surgery went well, I cannot say the same about my recovery. I did not feel that Dr. Herman was same attentive after the surgery and moreover, after six months the infection came back and I had to have another surgery, and choose to go to another ENT doctor.

Positive experience from start to finish. Went on portal at Thursday 6 pm.to make appt and Friday morning by 8:15 am someone was calling to schedule my appt. I was able to be seen that following Monday. The receptionist was very courteous and compassionate as well. Proceeded to meet with Dr Herman. His expertiseand willingness to correct the problem was his first concern. He was genuinely concerned about how I was feeling and I was feeling miserable. He got to the root of the problem making sure I could have surgery before he went on vacation. To me that speaks volumes. His staff is on point efficient and effective. I am so thankful Dr Herman and His staff were there for me all the way! Highly recommended!!

CPAP equipment, which has to be replaced regularly (hoses, nasal pillows, etc) is by prescription only. Herman's office will not write prescriptions for replacement supplies unless you pay him for another office visit each time. Also, office staff is beyond inept. Bad wait times, bad follow-up, bad record-keeping, bad attitude...you name it.

Dr. Herman is the bomb. The wait in the office not so great. But a great surgeon is worth the wait. He is very knowledgeable.
