Waited 3 hours in the waiting room, 1.5 hours of waiting on the dr to see my after being taken inside. been calling every single day since the visit to get dr notes to get mri approval from insurance, it's been over a week the dr still hasn't dictated my visit.

I am very upset about the way this office is treating their patients. My 84 y.o. mother came to see Dr. Gimpelevich. She had to wait for the doctor for 2 hours, being in agonizing pain. She was practically begging for help but was ignored. Everyone she spoke with brushed her off; no one took responsibility for mistreating the patient in tears due to pain. Shame on you, Dr. Gimpelevich and Dr.Rubinshteyn! You failed to teach your staff what it means to be health care professionals. Disorganized practice, unreasonable wait, ignorant personnel. Stop thinking about the quantity of patients per day; think about the quality of care.

My mother went two times to his office seeking for help but doctor never see her . It was really bad experience wasting time and money.

My deep gratitude to Dr. Rubinshteyn for operating on my 90-years old mother (hip replacement) and for the most attentive care after the surgery. After spending some time in rehab, my mom is back home and is able to walk.

I had a quite unfortunate injury and he was my OS, it was the wrong surgery for that particular injury. When I had a routine scan to see how I was healing, my fracture had displaced. He accused me of falling and not reporting it or that it was my weight that caused it to displace (I was overweight but not morbidly obese). Someone must’ve noticed the foul up because another surgeon took over and I had the RIGHT surgery done.

Dr. Rubinshteyn gave the right diagnosis and took great care of me throughout my months of injury. I came back worried, but the problem never returned, so I appreciate his fantastic care.

if this Dr could be rated a zero for accurate diagnosis, time spent with patients and bedside manner, that would be very accurate
