Reply Dr. Elist and the Penuma implant are pretty great. After surgery I am much thicker and my flaccid length is over an inch longer. My erect length is just barely .5in larger and I was hoping for more but it has only been 11 months post surgery. Dr. Elist and the staff made it very clear the timeline for erect length increases will take several months so I am not worried. Once cleared for intercourse make sure to take it

After dealing with some issues and meeting with a few physicians, I finally came across Dr. Elist's website. I called the office and the lady there helped me book an appointment. The wait was a little long but they were all nice and friendly. I finally got to meet him and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. Great bedside manner and overall very knowledgeable. He took care of everything quickly and I am grateful to him. Highly recommended!

I received both surgeries, the penile enlargement and testicular enhancement surgery. I am thrilled I made this decision even though I have had some swelling issues related to a prior surgery. Dr. Elist was wonderful and took a risk with me because I promised to follow his instructions after the surgery.  My results are amazing and I am thrilled to have a more impressive package in my pants.

You cant find any actual before and afters from this guy. It appears he puts a lot of money into blocking bad reviews. Ive yet to find anyone happy with this procedure. All you'll find on here is roses and sunshine from this guys fake review sites.

I was really nervous when I called Dr. Elist’s office. I honestly never thought about doing surgery for my little issue, but I got really comfortable after talking with them. I spoke with them for a few months before I decided to make the decision. I even spoke with a former patient. I’m now 5 months after the surgery, and I feel so confident every day from when I wake up to when I go to sleep. I’m a new man!

I had is enlargement surgery. A vessel broke and I had to spend a night in the hospital then fly to LA to get it fixed. . I then had to have it removed. After removal I had lost over an inch of length and 3/4 in if girth. I also lost revenue sensation that makes it hard to orgasm. Tha was a disaster shed by many others. Be very careful I sure the review will be pulled down so you can only see positive reviews. This has ruined my life and taken me to dark places including possible suicide. Be very careful.

It has been three years since my procedure and I must say that I couldn't be any happier with the results. My overall girth increased by two inches and my length increased by .75 inches. I would do it all over again because I feel so much better and no longer have anxiety about my size. Thanks Dr. Elist!!

I had the surgery 2.5 years ago. I gained 2 inches on my flaccid from 3 to five inches and I gained .75 erect length from 5.75 to 6.50. I am happy that I did it. It has given me extra confidence changing or showering at the gym.

My wife and I planned for me to have the surgery. When we arrived and met with Dr. Elist, we had a significant talk about why we wanted the surgery. I really wanted to add as much length as possible and cared less about adding girth because of the way length affects her orgasms. I explained that I also did not worry much about flaccid length, only erect length. He explained that he could not really given me specifics or promises about added erect length, only girth. After taking further, he advised that he did think this surgery was right for me. So, he was up front and honest and did not push me to have the surgery.

I'm seriously thrilled after my penile enhancement procedure. It's been about 8 months since the procedure, and not gonna lie, there was some discomfort at the very beginning.
