Kind hearted soul, keen intellect, and an interest in teaching. No longer a practicing physician and will be missed. Its a shame to see such scapegoating

Dr. Lowe does'nt just see a patient,he see a person.No doubt in my mind one of the best there is.....No doubt!

What a waste that such an intelligent man would have no moral compass at all. For someone who could have done such good to turn out to be a total fake & take such advantage of all of his patients. He betrayed his family, patients & the Oath he took to FIRST DO NO HARM. I hope some day he will realize how many people he truly hurt including himself.

He is inappropriate with his patients, turns on a dime from friendly to spiteful and passive-aggressive and accusatory, tries to make you feel small as though he wants to be "the boss." Makes inappropriate insinuations about others' sexual orientation.
